for the consumer web and native app surfaces that carry the primary revenue
channel of one of Southeast Asia's largest online travel platforms — platform
architecture, engineering governance, developer productivity, hiring and career
frameworks, and the annual engineering budget. Teams are distributed across
Jakarta, Indonesia and Noida, India.

- **Delivery throughput doubled** while the engineering footprint required per
  release fell from ~80 to 25–30 engineers, by consolidating fragmented
  codebases onto a shared platform and automating the delivery pipeline. The
  freed capacity funded new product bets rather than headcount reduction.

At Paytm he led the Frontend Core group — platform architecture, engineering

users — improved FCP, LCP, TTFB, TTI and FID through caching strategy, PWA
re-architecture and bundle optimisation (mobile homepage load time down
400–500 ms), and delivered peak-load engagement platforms for IPL, Diwali,
Holi and Wishlist campaigns. Earlier at Paytm he led the migration to a
React–Redux isomorphic architecture with Webpack and shipped the Movies,
Events, Theme Parks, Nearby, Gift Cards, Bus and Hotel verticals.
